met a pastor at a bar
Just back from downtown San Jose. Went to the library, parking in the nearby garage that was advertised as being free on Sunday. Well, the library closes at 19:00 for general population (students can stay until midnight), whereas the free Sunday parking in the garage expires at 18:00. The extra hour would cost one 5 bucks for the night… Or, a free validation for the night; there’s even a restaurant-bar right within the garage!
A fascinating part of the evening was meeting a 26-year-old pastor at the bar. :-) Talked just about every topic imaginable. Prot Met seem like reasonable people.
